Long Johns are only worn during the colder months, as they’re made of thermal material to keep you warm in cold weather. Typically made of a rough, waffle-shaped design, Long Johns – otherwise known as long underwear – keep your body heat in.
Long Johns are somewhere in between underwear and pants, as they have little support. Most men wear them as an underlayer, not as underwear. But a day in these makes you glad for more supportive options!
